Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases the registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities.

If you have not tested our free evaluation versions from our download sites, please do so before you place your order to make sure that the product you are ordering is what you want.

Because you have the chance (whether or not you avail yourself of this service) to 'try before you buy' a fully functional evaluation copy before you buy, Software reserves the right to refuse refund request.

Refunds are provided according to the following rules:

We must receive Refund Agreement, which was printed, signed and sent to us by snail mail. You can notify us that the refund request is being placed and then send the printed and signed papers. Refund request is placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. For example, if the order was placed on January 22, the last date you can request refund is February 20 (January has 31 day). If the order was placed on April 22, the last date you can request refund is May 21 (April has 30 days). Refund request can be placed electronically (by e-mail), but the actual refund is provided only after Refund Agreement paper arrives.
